Where do the products come from?

All products are dropshipped from China from Aliexpress.com. We use an intermediary program to bring in the product info. We edit the images and write descriptions for all the products for you which are SEO (Search engine Optimisation) enriched to help you be found on google.

What shipping methods are used?

We recommend using E-packet to ship your products to your customers. Shipping usually takes between 10-21 days. However - currently there are some delays with the current world situation and covid19.

What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping means you never actually own stock. You can purchase the product once a customer makes a purchase and the order will be shipped directly to their address. We will give you the tools to be able to send orders.

Is it easy to send orders?

All customer delivery information gets auto-populated. Its super easy!

What if there are not enough products to sell? 

We believe quality over quantity so if we do not think a product will be a good fit we will not add it to your store. Having 10 good products compared to 20 average is a lot more beneficial.

What happens at handover once the store is complete?

Well its now up to you! You are free to advertise and market your store however you want. We can also help you with this if you need additional help. Our team are skilled across all areas of ecommerce. You can always contact us to book in a 1 hour consultation.

I'm not too sure what to sell. 

We would suggest jumping onto aliexpress.com and finding a category or range of products you like. We recommend staying away from anything to large and bulky or heavy as these usually mean higher than average shipping costs.

What about my shipping costs and returns?

We can advise on best practices here but it's up to you how you want to run your store and the types of policies you put in place. We will however provide Shopify's generic info for you to start off. Be sure to check out the consumers affairs website for laws, rules and regulations.

How much profit will I make?

Well, thats the age old question. For example if you buy your drop shipping product for $50 with a rule of multiplying by x3 you will then make a profit of $100. Less advertising costs, postage and website costs, you might be looking at a profit of around $60-$70.

How do i get customers to my store once it is built?

If you choose our 'Sell like a pro' package or higher we can set up your google ads for search and shopping. It's up to you how much you want to spend each day week or month on advertising.

Can i add additional products?

Sure you can, we will provide you with 'Top Tips' at handover. You can also book in for a 1-2 hour consultation with one of our account managers. You can also turn products on and off.

What If I need changes made on my site or I don't like the products or the way it looks at handover?

No worries. We will give you 24 hours to look over the site and if you need any additional changes we will make them at no extra cost.

What will my website look like?

All websites are built using shopify's free templates. However once complete you can upgrade to something a little more special. There are hundreds to choose from. Will my website be able to accept orders straight away?

Absolutely, all our sites come with a fully transnational checkout. You will own the entire ecommerce store. From here the world is your oyster in terms of improvements and marketing and our consultants can also help you and provide our secret tips and tricks to accelerate your stores traffic and growth.

How do know this is a good investment?

The one thing we do know is around the world, it is predicted online sales will boom up to 5 x higher than currently in Australia especially. Even with Covid19, and more people shopping online, it seems to us there is no better time to start an online store than right now.

Are there any other hidden costs?

No. What you pay for when you purchase one of our packages on our site is what you get. Only if you would like one of our professional consultants to help after you have your website completed to provide trade/marketing or ecomm advice we can provide this service at $50 per hour.

Do you provide payment plans?

Yes we do. We let you decide what you can afford and when. 50% upfront and 50% on completion is completely fine. Or, if you want to pay in 4 installments over 4 months - that is also ok! We do not charge any extra for this.
